Accounting Services

A full charge Accountant will process and manage all of your day to day bookkeeping needs. They will compile and review the financial statements that your tax preparer will then use to complete your annual income taxes. As your full time Accountant, I will provide you all the accounting services you need until the point at which your income taxes are filed.

Property Management of Corporate Short-term leases

Our Property Management Team focus on managing high-end short-term corporate rental properties that are centrally located in Austin, TX, and Milwaukee, WI. We work with the property owners to hand select units to ensure great guest experience and no disruption to existing residents.

Our professional cleaning team can turnover your rental in an efficient and timely manner. We're experienced ensuring that we provide consistent and reliable service.

We have property managers on call to quickly respond to any issues and provide 24/7 response to emergency issues.

Tamika Baber

Tamika Baber is dynamic, committed, and highly experienced in commercial property management with solid history of success, including oversight of multi-building properties. She's maintained accounting roles in the corporate business for twenty years, where nine of those years she's been a property accountant in the commercial real estate/ property management industry. This varied background has allowed her to develop a wide range of transferable skills in accounting, customer service and property management as well as recognizing the importance of image to customers and clients. She prides herself on being a true multi-tasker who is highly organized and efficient.
